1. What this tool is

My Division Fit is a free benchmarking tool that gives international student-athletes an indication of where their profile sits relative to athletes accepted into U.S. college programmes. It is operated by HennezB Studio, Bangkok and Singapore.

The score this tool produces is an indication only. It is based on publicly available NCAA research data and published recruiting benchmarks. It is not a guarantee of recruitment, admission, scholarship, or any other outcome. College recruitment decisions involve many factors — coach need, roster timing, academic fit, interview performance, and others — that no tool can fully measure.

Do not make major life decisions based solely on this score.

2. Who can use it

This tool is intended for users aged 18 and over.

If you are under 18, you must complete this tool with a parent or guardian who understands and consents to how your information will be used. By submitting your information, you confirm either that you are 18 or over, or that a parent or guardian is present and consenting on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this tool, contact us at hello@hennezb.com and we will delete it.

3. What we collect and how we use it

When you submit your information through the sign-up gate, we collect your name, email address, sport, country, graduation year, target division, and your responses to the readiness questions.

We use this information to:

• Deliver your score and results
• Send you relevant college recruitment resources and information
• Share your information with college recruitment partners and advertisers who may contact you about their services

By submitting your information you are consenting to receive communications from My Division Fit and from third-party partners in the college recruitment space including recruitment agencies, sport academies, tutoring services, and highlight reel production services.

You can unsubscribe from any communications at any time. To request deletion of your data, email hello@hennezb.com.

4. Data storage and security

Your information is stored securely using Supabase. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive personal information beyond what the tool asks for.

We are based in Singapore and Bangkok. By using this tool you consent to your data being processed in these locations.

5. The advertising model

This tool is free because it is supported by advertising and lead generation. Sponsors and partners pay to reach the audience that uses this tool. When you submit your information, you may be contacted by those partners. This is how the tool stays free.

We do not sell your data to parties unrelated to college recruitment and sport education.

6. The data sources

The benchmarks used in this tool are sourced from:

• NCAA Research — Trends in the Participation of International Student-Athletes in NCAA Divisions I and II (2023)
• NCAA Championship Qualifying Standards 2024
• NCSA Sports published recruiting benchmarks
• UTR Sports rating data
• Concept2 erg benchmarks
• Streamline Athletes and TNS Recruit track and field standards
• CaddieHQ golf recruiting data

These sources are publicly available. We have no affiliation with the NCAA, NCSA, UTR Sports, Concept2, or any other organisation whose data is referenced here.

7. No affiliation with the NCAA

My Division Fit is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), any college or university, or any official recruiting body. Using this tool does not register you with any college programme or recruiting database.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HennezB Studio accepts no liability for:

• Decisions made based on a score produced by this tool
• Actions taken or not taken as a result of using this tool
• Any inaccuracy in the benchmark data used
• Any failure of the tool to produce a result

Your use of this tool is entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

The tool, its design, code, and scoring methodology are owned by HennezB Studio. The underlying benchmark data is sourced from the third parties named above and remains their property. Do not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute the tool or its outputs commercially without written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
