1. Who we are

My Division Fit is operated by HennezB Studio, Bangkok and Singapore. Contact: hello@hennezb.com

2. What we collect

When you use the sign-up gate we collect:

• First name and email address
• Sign-in method (email or Google)
• Sport, country, graduation year, target division
• Competition level and readiness signal responses
• Your calculated score and division fit result
• Timestamp and source of submission

We do not collect payment information, passport details, academic records, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Show you your recruitment readiness score and results
• Send you college recruitment resources and updates from My Division Fit
• Share your contact details and sport profile with third-party college recruitment partners and advertising partners who operate in the college athletics and sport education space

You will be clearly informed of this at the point of submission and must actively tick a consent checkbox before your data is collected.

4. Who we share your data with

We may share your name, email, sport, country, graduation year, and division target with:

• College recruitment agencies
• Sport academies and camps
• SAT and academic tutoring services
• Highlight reel and film production services
• Other advertisers relevant to the college recruitment pathway

We do not share your data with parties unrelated to college recruitment and sport education.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database service. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where Supabase operates. We retain your data for up to 3 years unless you request deletion earlier.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hennezb.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children and minors

This tool is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 must be assisted by a parent or guardian who consents on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data, contact us immediately at hello@hennezb.com.

8. Cookies and tracking

This tool does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels at this time. We may use basic analytics to understand tool usage. If this changes we will update this policy.

9. Google sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google account data. Google's privacy policy applies to the sign-in process: policies.google.com/privacy

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
